You were never broken. You were never designed to bow to anyone or anything outside of you. You are strong enough to face the stories and set yourself free. Walk through the fire! Take the heat! It can not burn you! It will burn away everything false.

What you hold in the outer energy body becomes part of the muscle and tissue. As you release patterns of trauma you will feel somatic releases as the external field reorganizes. The wave goes inactive. Movement of the body, tapping, toning, commanding is needed to release the energy pattern from the physical. The echo in the body remains until released.

When this presents itself in reality its warning you of stagnent energy within you and outside you. Clear your home with sage. Place salt in a bowl. Create 1 new routine, maybe start dancing. Look at any areas in life where there are emotions you are avoiding. Mold is asking for transformation! It influences the solar plexus and can have deep connections to the root chakra if you feel anxiety or unsafe.

When you know what you embody reality gives you that. We are taught to be a certain way, do the right thing, fear authority. When i released survival, outer authority had no hold on me. Even when being pulled over by a policeman. I responded with joy, playful truth. Even with speeding 25 miles over the speed limit, the officer responded back to how i was being. Playful, joyful. He did not give me a ticket. In the past getting pulled over would make me shake. Now its inner calm.

This is the manifestation of repressed emotions and speaking ones truth. The energy center that gets blocked is the throat chakra. My father died when he was 56 after a turbulant divorce, i was 27. I developed this Auto Immune Disorder. The medical system gave relief - Not truth! I lost my inner voice, i developed patterns of being compliant to others as a survival mechanism. I had a goiter that was visible for 20+ years. In the past 5 years i healed these pattern and all manifestation of disease dissolved.
