Horrace and I have an idea 🧠 Every week at our gym we run a flow for all our members on our Flow Day (Thursday).. We want to record a complete breakdown of this flow and give it to you guys on here.. The catch is we want you guys to: - Learn it - Perform it with your clients - Record it - Then post it on here or Message it to us on here.. We want to post a handful of your guys flows on our main IG page weekly and showcase the amazing talent from our community.. Ps. You don't have to be an "elite" pad holder.. you can just be starting out. Doesn't matter, send it through! Let's celebrate each others work!
