What’s going on boxing community I go by Roy been boxing for 4 years It’s always things to learn from all walks of life so I’m just surrounding myself around like minded people
Make sure your hand wraps are nice and tight/secure around your wrist (same for your boxing gloves) Make sure your are punching correctly (From your knuckles to your elbow should be like a sword) Practice striking slow & controlled Wrist exercise (kettlebell wrist flips etc.) Hope this helps!
