Morning Interval Run complete. 15 mins total (8min running, 7min rest/walk Bodyweight Routine smashed out. 3 Sets of: 30 sec Jumping Jacks 30 sec Wall Sit 30 sec High Knees Step Ups x 10 reps (each leg) Push Ups x 10 reps Squats x 10 reps Tricep Dips x 10 reps Plank x 1 min Ab crunch x 10 reps Lunge x 10 reps (each leg) Push Up and Rotation x 10 reps (each arm) 45 sec Side Plank (each side) Got another round lined up for the PM. We got this Fellow Champs in the Making! Catch yas later!
