I can hold tucked planche for over 30 seconds without resistance band, and I'm super confused on how I can Imrpove and get to the next progression... I tried using resistance band for advanced tuck but I couldnt hold it... Please give me some advice or certain exercises to do in ordre to progress... P.S. if you're in the same situation as me feel free to drop a like and practice the same advice in the comments with absolutely FEROCIOUSNESS
I started just like most with the TUUUUUUUCKED FL hold and it got better with time until I reached a point where I can hold it with my legs far still tucked but far away from my chest let's say hip level, and I'm 'stuck' here for now(for 3 weeks i think), any tips on how to improve faster or more efficiently?
