Have an incredible day! Because you’re an incredible soul, you need to have incredible experiences. One incredible experience that you have daily is just breathing. it is not high, but the spirit within that does these mighty works of breathing.

Yes GOD is as close to us as our breath
Reflection to today
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Hebrews 11:1 Reflection Recently, I caught myself doing something I think many of us have done. I was trying to solve tomorrow before tomorrow arrived. The more I thought about the unknown, the heavier it became. Questions turned into worry. Worry turned into tension. Before I knew it, I was carrying a headache, not because anything had happened, but because my mind was trying to control something that only God already knew. Then I realized something. Nothing had actually changed. The answers still weren’t here. The future was still unwritten. The outcome was still unknown. The only thing that changed was my heart and trust. I remembered that every difficult season I’ve already lived through once felt just as uncertain. Every prayer that was eventually answered was once invisible. Every blessing I now enjoy was once something I hoped for, prayed for, and wondered if it would ever happen. How quickly we forget that we are already standing in prayers that were once unanswered. Faith doesn’t mean we have all the information. Faith means we trust the One who does. Much of life is invisible. We cannot see tomorrow. We cannot see peace. We cannot see hope. We cannot see grace. We cannot see God’s hand at work while He is preparing the way. Yet these invisible things often become the most powerful realities of our lives. Today I chose to stop asking for certainty and instead rest in God’s faithfulness. The same God who carried us through yesterday has already gone ahead of us into tomorrow. That is enough. Prayer Heavenly Father, Thank You for reminding us that You have never asked us to carry the future, only to trust You with it. Forgive us for the moments when we try to solve what only You can unfold. When fear whispers that we need more answers, remind us that Your presence is greater than our uncertainty. Help us to remember the prayers You have already answered and the countless ways You have faithfully carried us before. Let those memories strengthen our faith for what we cannot yet see.

Amen 🙏🏽
I am crying
But not in the way you think. I am the woman who gets things done. The one who carries the meetings, remembers the birthdays, meets the deadlines, holds the family together, smiles while saying, “I’ve got it.” I am resilient. I know how to rebuild from ashes. I know how to turn grief into gratitude, heartbreak into wisdom, fear into fuel. I speak of hope as if I invented it. I tell others, “You’ll get through this.” I remind them that storms pass. I quote the lessons. I wear the courage. I stand at podiums and call it strength. I have mastered the art of carrying mountains without anyone noticing my knees are shaking. I know how to say, “I’m fine,” in seven different languages. I know how to make pain look productive. I know how to laugh at dinner after crying in the car. I know how to comfort everyone else while forgetting that I, too, am someone. I know how to perform healing. I know how to wear the mask. And tonight, it slipped. I cried because the truth finally asked to be heard. Not the polished truth. Not the inspirational one. Not the version with the perfect ending. The small truth. The trembling truth. The truth with tear-stained cheeks and trembling hands. I am three. I am three years old, looking up at a world far too big, trying to understand why love sometimes leaves, why voices become sharp, why silence feels like punishment. I am three, learning that being “good” might keep everyone close. I am three, mistaking responsibility for safety. I am three, becoming remarkable because remarkable children get noticed. I am three, becoming strong because softness felt dangerous. I am three, still waiting for someone to kneel down, hold my face in their hands, and whisper, “You never had to earn your place here. You never had to carry what was never yours. You were never too much. You were never not enough. You were always worthy of being held.” And perhaps healing was never about removing the mask. Perhaps it was about taking it off long enough

Such a heart felt innocent poem
Why do we wait to meet God?
Why do we wait for Saturday or Sunday? Why do we wait for Sabbath when the sun goes down? Why do we wait until the diagnosis, the heartbreak, the fear, or the uncertainty becomes too heavy to carry? Why do we wait for the prayer to be answered before believing we have been heard? What if God was never far? What if God has been meeting you all along? In the breath that returned to your lungs this morning without asking whether you deserved it. In the heartbeat that has faithfully carried you through joy, grief, mistakes, and new beginnings without demanding perfection. In the wind that touched your face as you stepped outside, whispering, “I’ve got you.” In the sun that rose again without your permission, reminding you, “Worry not. I see you.” In the flower that looked broken only days ago and now bears new life, mirroring your own becoming. In the stranger who held the door. The child who laughed. The friend who checked in. The tears that finally fell. The strength you didn’t know you had. Perhaps God is not only found in sermons, sanctuaries, and desperate prayers. Perhaps God is also found in the sacred ordinary. In this moment. In this breath. In this life. You do not have to wait for a crisis to recognize that you are held. Look around. Love has been finding you all day. “Maybe the miracle isn’t that God finally arrived. Maybe it’s realizing God never left” - Nekesha Burrell

Yes so important to renew my mind and think on things that’s are true, praiseworthy and noble
🌿 SSA Saturday Reflection
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is pause. Not to quit. Not to give up.Not to avoid life. Just pause long enough to hear yourself again. Many of us have spent so much time carrying responsibilities, expectations, worries, and the emotions of others that we forget what our own voice sounds like. This week, ask yourself: ✨ What have I outgrown?✨ What conversations no longer belong in my future?✨ What am I carrying that was never mine to hold?✨ What would choosing myself look like today? Growth is not always adding more. Sometimes growth is recognizing what has expired and lovingly laying it down. You don’t have to earn rest. You don’t have to justify peace. You don’t have to apologize for becoming someone new. The version of you that carried yesterday got you here. The version of you that creates tomorrow may require a different choice. Today, return home to yourself. Take a breath. Place your hand on your heart. And ask: “What is one thing I can release today that creates more space for who I am becoming?” The answer may surprise you. ❤️ Affirmation:“I release what has expired. I trust what is unfolding. I am safe to choose myself.” #SoulShiftAcademy#SacredMirror#ChooseYou#ReturnToCenter#SoulShiftSaturday#TheQuietRevolution#BootsOnTheGroundForGod#SSAFamily 👇 Share one thing you’re releasing today. Let’s support each other. 🌿💜
