☀️ Pitta Season Is Here ☀️
Feeling overheated, irritable, inflamed, or simply craving something refreshing? According to Ayurveda, summer is pitta season—the time of year when heat naturally increases both in our environment and in our bodies. One of the best ways to stay balanced is by incorporating cooling foods, drinks, and lifestyle practices into your daily routine. Here’s our Human Habits guide to cooling excess pitta and avoiding those unwanted side effects: 🌺 Hibiscus Lemonade Our house-made hibiscus lemonade is tart, refreshing, and naturally cooling. Hibiscus is traditionally used to help cool the body, making it a perfect summer sip. 🌹 Rose Water Spray Made in-house, our rose water spray is a customer favourite for hot summer days. Rose is one of Ayurveda’s most beloved cooling botanicals, helping to soothe both the skin and the mind. 🥒 Cucumber Juice When available, our fresh cucumber juice is a wonderfully hydrating and cooling option. Cucumber is known for its high water content and naturally refreshing qualities. 🥥 Coconut Water Many of our smoothies are made with coconut water, which Ayurveda considers deeply hydrating and cooling—perfect for replenishing during warm weather. 🌿 Peppermint Essential Oil Peppermint offers an invigorating cooling sensation and can help you feel refreshed when the summer heat starts to feel like too much. 👕 Linen & Cotton Clothing Ayurveda isn’t just about food! Lightweight natural fabrics like linen and cotton allow the body to breathe and help prevent excess heat from becoming trapped. Small seasonal shifts can make a big difference. Stop by Human Habits to explore some of our favourite ways to stay cool, balanced, and refreshed this summer. 💚 If you are in the family plan and want our delicious 3 ingredient Hibiscus tea recipe, comment SUMMER SIPS

Is it at 1:00 or 1:30 today? The zoom link I found in the calendar is for 1:30. Unless I have the wrong link. 🤷🏻‍♀️
