Super Duper Burgers This restaurant is experience-driven and requires a candidate who has attention to detail, can jump in where needed, and connects with people with genuine ease. All while having a little fun, of course! A person who is passionate about investing in people and their local community would thrive partnered with Super Duper Burgers. I would not recommend this position for a candidate who is not comfortable being flexible; this job requires a person who can joyfully get their hands dirty if needed. Back of the House Back of the House needs a candidate who is passionate about leading the charge to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This would be a great fit for a person who has a flexible schedule and is enthusiastic to serve in this role. Back of the House is not a good fit for someone who doesn’t have an eye for details, is exhausted by people engagement, or unpredictability.
