@Liz Leamon This is great. Something to remember is to remind candidates about the little things. Dress professionally, be at least 5min early, and if it's a video interview - have good lighting, use a computer, and test your audio and microphone beforehand. Other than that, you covered the key details well!

@Liz Leamon Well done here, all good thoughts. All of these can be used for lines of questioning with the client as well. Fielding job orders well means reading between the lines and getting a clear picture of what our candidates are stepping into.
