Hey, just wanted to check if we were still on tomorrow with the art fair happening? It seems to be occupying most of the park, including our usual stomping/macing ground.

Hey everybody! Just checking in. The workshop at Studio MoMu went well and was a lot of fun. We mostly went over the MCF, but it felt different being inside with music. There will be more workshops coming up. In the long run, I think it will help grow our park group. We’ll see! I’ll be at the park this Sunday for our normal meetup. We’ll really start going over our next flow. This will be my last time at the park for three weeks. There’s already one class video posted for the new flow, and I’ll get another one up before we leave, so there’s no reason to stop macing. The calendar tab at the top of Skool is up to date, so it should be easy to track. Also, this Saturday is the Wisteria Festival in Sierra Madre. We usually walk around for a big chunk of the day, but we won’t be able to start until later because we have a few things in the morning. @Marianne Montez and I plan on being at RT Rogers around 4 pm if anyone wants to hang out. Hope to see you sometime this weekend!

First off, we’ll be out there this weekend. Excited to see everybody. Hopefully it’s not too hot. Second, I auditioned to teach steel mace and rope flow at the new yoga studio in town, Studio MoMu. I’m going to start teaching mace there one day a week soon! My guess is it will probably begin after Marianne, and I get back from Ireland in April, though there may be a class or two before then. Unfortunately, rope flow won’t work in the studio because the ceilings are a little too low. That said, it would be great if some of you could come take a class when we go live. Right now it’s looking like Saturdays around 11:30, or possibly Wednesday evenings. What do you all think?

We'll be doing our meet up in the park this weekend as normal. Hope you can make it! We're going to have a couple of new people, so that's exciting. We'll be going through the MCF and then breaking down the mini flows from last weeks online class. I'll be adding a "coffee hour call" to the calendar for next weekend. It's sort of just a zoom where we can chat for a bit about anything, movement related or not. Like meeting up for coffee. I think you'll all get an invite by default when I set it up. But I guess we'll find out. It sounds weird, but I think it will be fun. Now let's all walk into the weekend like @Erik Messal and me in this video. 😂
