Some of you, you know who you are, will be at the C4 Retreat this weekend and I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to see you. Looking forward to some good community with brothers, time with Jesus, and most likely some tears!

This is something I have failed at for most of my life. I felt that if I just work harder, I can get to rest eventually. I can get to spending more time with my family eventually. Well, I can say that the world will take every minute we give it, we need to be intentional about the Sabbath. We need to be intentional about our time with God. This weekend I spent a lot of time with my wife and daughter and spending time in community with God. So grateful for this chapter of my life, even with all the challenges it has.
