Woman of Excellence
Let’s be honest, ladies… Some of us were raised on etiquette and elegance—others of us were raised on Pop-Tarts and “Figure it out.” Maybe no one ever taught you the difference between presence and pretense… How to walk into a room with quiet confidence instead of chaos… Or how a thank-you note and a firm handshake can open more doors than a thousand degrees. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being polished. Purposeful. Poised. It’s about becoming the kind of woman who doesn’t just enter the room—she elevates it. Here in the Woman of Excellence Circle, we laugh, learn, and level up together. We fix each other’s crowns and kindly hand someone a tissue if their mascara’s running from that last life lesson. (Because tears and truth happen here.) If you’ve ever felt like no one gave you the manual for becoming that next-level version of yourself—consider this your invitation to write your own. Manners matter. Values elevate. Grit is glamorous. And excellence? Darling, it’s teachable. Come as you are. Leave as a Woman of Excellence.

“Live your life in crescendo, not diminuendo”
I knew I wanted my life force to increase with excitement and get louder as I age, my most important work was still ahead of me. I knew that my life has been my message and I was given a dream that it was time to share my life's work. ~DG~ "If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude." - Maya Angelou

Consistency Beats Perfection
My mentor has an expression he patented, "Documentation Beats Conversation". Well today I told someone my saying is "Consistency Beats Perfection" Perfection is intimidating. Consistency is attainable. Perfection waits for the perfect time… Consistency starts with what you have. Perfection gets stuck in overthinking. Consistency moves forward — even when it’s messy. The truth is, most people don’t fail because they aren’t talented. They fail because they stop. Small actions repeated daily create momentum. Momentum creates confidence. Confidence creates results. A person who shows up imperfectly every day will always outperform the person waiting to get it “just right.” Consistency builds trust — with yourself and with others. It proves commitment. It creates habits. It compounds over time in ways perfection never can. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up. Perfection is an event. Consistency is a lifestyle. And lifestyles win.

BOOKS
Reading books is vital for brain health, stress reduction, and cognitive development, acting as a "shield" against cognitive decline while enhancing imagination and emotional empathy. It builds vocabulary, improves focus, reduces stress, and fosters deep emotional connection and understanding of new perspectives. What are some of your favorite books, that have helped you grow? Here are my top five (5): 1. The Greatest Miracle in the World by Og Mandino 2. How is THAT Working - A Roadmap From Rat Race to Freedom by @Robert Hollis 3. The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason 4. The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishan Lakhiani 5. If It's Going To Be, It's Up To Me by Robert Schuller
