Hi everyone I have a client who’s home has been on the market as a rental for more than 100 days and still needs it to be rented but I’m finding out it may not work as a long term for how much he’s wanting per month. Looking for guidance for anyone who’s worked with short/midterm, or Airbnb rentals?
@Kevin Jimeno that makes perfect sense. I’ll try to explain better. It was a New Lead and I just got the feeling on the phone that she is very new but she’s done her first flip and now he’s looking for her second one, however from my experience before only as a real estate agent I used to waste a lot of time since it just led to being ghosted but I now realized I did not qualifiy them very well. But now my question is.. her budget is up to $200,000. If I were to go on the MLS and ask for a deep discount to the Listing Agent, would it be a conflict of Interest me as a licensed agent acting as a Wholsaler on the MLS?
I have a seller who’s is interested in selling his lot to me for a discounted price - however it’s been difficult to find buyers in his area on or off market. What route should I take?
