Hello everyone! We have just sent a couple of steers to the butcher for processing and I'm looking to sell them as either 1/4 or 1/2 steer packs, frozen. This means you're taking a percentage of the whole animal, so there will be a variety of cuts including quite a lot of mince or sausages if you prefer. The animals are currently on their way to the butcher, not sure of weights & pricing yet. They taste bloody good and are fully grown out 3 year olds who were born and bred on the farm. Product will be frozen, pick up from our warehouse in Botany Sydney. I could send by courier at an additional cost but would prefer to keep it local and to meet you in person. We farm using regenerative practises, 100% natural and 100% grass fed. We do not use chemicals, drenches, artificial fertilisers and use Biodynamics, Natural Sequence Farming and Holistic Management practices. You can check out @Tallaganda_farm on insta. Does anybody have a favourite brand for red light panels in Australia? Anybody that has them, are there anything specific apart from ensuring they are the right frequency that I need to be aware of?
