Is it possible to get next day delivery for framed prints?

My Etsy shop is 3 years old but never properly used to sell until now. Is that going to negatively impact me? Should I continue listing on that shop or create a new one? If I start a new one do I just sign up to etsy again with a new account using a different email address?
