Shadow Work Wednesday: Wrestling with “Meant to Be”
Hey Psychics, Do you ever find yourself caught between two feelings? One says, “This has to mean something—it’s all happening for a reason.” The other quietly wonders, “Why did it have to happen like this?” Shadow work loves to meet us in that tension. It’s where striving meets surrender, where we question the past while learning to TRUST the path ahead. Here are a few reflections to hold close as you sit with those feelings: 1️⃣The people who show up in your life are the right people. Every connection—whether it feels divine or downright difficult—has something to teach us. Even the hard ones. Ask yourself: What has this person brought to my awareness about myself? 2️⃣What happens is exactly what needed to happen. This one stings sometimes, doesn’t it? But what if nothing was truly “wrong”? What if every twist and turn has quietly led you here, right to the edges of your own growth? How would it feel to let go of what if and embrace what is? 3️⃣It’s never too early, and it’s never too late. When something begins for you, whether it’s healing, grieving, or rediscovering a part of yourself, trust that it’s perfectly timed. There’s no rush. What’s calling for your attention right now? 4️⃣When something ends, it’s meant to end. Endings are often wrapped in bittersweet layers—grief, relief, or both. But they make space for the next season of your life. What’s asking to be released so you can breathe a little lighter? When we reflect on these truths, it’s not about forcing ourselves to accept everything as perfect—it’s about opening the door to a little more trust, a little more ease. So here’s the question: - What would it feel like to stop wrestling with what’s already happened or might happen, and instead, breathe into where you are now? You don’t have to have all the answers. Just start where you are. And if you feel called to share, I’d love to hear your thoughts. What are you releasing? Where are you leaning into trust? We’re in this together, family.
