Shadow Work Wednesday: Wrestling with āMeant to Beā
Hey Psychics, Do you ever find yourself caught between two feelings? One says, āThis has to mean somethingāitās all happening for a reason.ā The other quietly wonders, āWhy did it have to happen like this?ā Shadow work loves to meet us in that tension. Itās where striving meets surrender, where we question the past while learning to TRUST the path ahead. Here are a few reflections to hold close as you sit with those feelings: 1ļøā£The people who show up in your life are the right people. Every connectionāwhether it feels divine or downright difficultāhas something to teach us. Even the hard ones. Ask yourself: What has this person brought to my awareness about myself? 2ļøā£What happens is exactly what needed to happen. This one stings sometimes, doesnāt it? But what if nothing was truly āwrongā? What if every twist and turn has quietly led you here, right to the edges of your own growth? How would it feel to let go of what if and embrace what is? 3ļøā£Itās never too early, and itās never too late. When something begins for you, whether itās healing, grieving, or rediscovering a part of yourself, trust that itās perfectly timed. Thereās no rush. Whatās calling for your attention right now? 4ļøā£When something ends, itās meant to end. Endings are often wrapped in bittersweet layersāgrief, relief, or both. But they make space for the next season of your life. Whatās asking to be released so you can breathe a little lighter? When we reflect on these truths, itās not about forcing ourselves to accept everything as perfectāitās about opening the door to a little more trust, a little more ease. So hereās the question: - What would it feel like to stop wrestling with whatās already happened or might happen, and instead, breathe into where you are now? You donāt have to have all the answers. Just start where you are. And if you feel called to share, Iād love to hear your thoughts. What are you releasing? Where are you leaning into trust? Weāre in this together, family.
