Hopeful for a 2026 Emerald Coast STR
Hi, I’m Val. I’ve done STR arbitrage for a few years (have long term rentals) and want to acquire a STR property this year. I have HELOC funds standing by, but I’m seeing and freezing on conflicting numbers. Happy to have found this space!

What budget/range are you looking in? There are some really great ones in destin in 350-400K range I had An Indiana Long term investor buy here last year and he had 60K in bookings within 3 months....with his own photos (I told him to get professional of course and recommended a photographer).
