Hopeful for a 2026 Emerald Coast STR
Hi, I’m Val. I’ve done STR arbitrage for a few years (have long term rentals) and want to acquire a STR property this year. I have HELOC funds standing by, but I’m seeing and freezing on conflicting numbers. Happy to have found this space!
