Go Deep, Then Sound Clearly
1. Where are you most tempted to skim? 2. Do you rush interpretation, rush delivery, or move on before an impression has been tested? 1. Can you remember a time when God gave you a word primarily to change you? 2. What practice would help you stay with God longer before speaking? 3. How can our community honor depth without making the final release confusing or overly complicated? Chapter 7 gives a practical structure for a responsible alarm. First, state what God is revealing as plainly as possible. Second, explicitly reject fear and panic. Third, give specific actions. Pray for what? Repent of what? Prepare how? Speak to whom? Wait for what? Fourth, identify the correct audience. Some burdens belong in private prayer. Some belong in the counsel of mature leaders. Some belong to a local congregation or city. Only some belong on a public platform. 1. What makes a prophetic warning clear rather than vague? 2. How can we tell whether a warning belongs in prayer, in leadership counsel or in public? 3. What damage occurs when a warning is released without instruction? Activation: Search, Shape and Sound Step one: Search for two minutes. Ask the Holy Spirit, What are You saying to strengthen, protect or prepare this community or city? Remain quiet. Write only what you receive. Do not interpret yet. Step two: Test for two minutes. Write a Scripture that aligns with the impression. Ask whether the word reflects the nature and purposes of Jesus. Ask whether any part may be coming from fear, assumption or current news. Step three: Shape for two minutes. Put the word into four short lines: What is God highlighting? Why should we not fear? What specific response is He asking for? Who is the intended audience? Step four: Sound for one minute. Was the sound clear? Was there practical direction? Did the word produce faith and readiness rather than fear? Was the intended audience clear?

I am almost tempted to skim on words that I since are for others, although it’s for me first. I tend to rush the delivery not waiting for revelation in the word that changes us. I do remember a word primary to change me and that word was “forgive” I had to not just hear the word but become it. Because I felt a conviction of not forgiving I was embarrassed to share it before living it. I believe that had to do with pride and a self- righteous spirit. “Wait on the Lord and be of good courage he shall strengthen our hearts; wait I say on the Lord. “I only speak what I my Father is saying …” I sense as a community we can honor one another by waiting on what part God is speaking to us and what part is for the community and give what is for the community not adding or taking away before making a final release that it may not be confusing or overly complicated.

Activation: First word I heard was Collaborate- second word was Occupy- I believe they work together. In Like 19:13 the Master gave each servant a pound to occupy until he returns. I saw an eco-system allowing the servants to use their skills and talents to bring multiplication to what was given them. The eco-system helps us to see one person doesn’t have all the answers and through collaborating we to see how we are all working towards a common goal. I believe this is where multiplication comes to our individual skills and talent, as diverse as they may be. Miss Elisha spoke about a barring system which ties with us collaborating as we’re all participating in advancing the Kingdom of God. This will help us as a community as well as the body of Christ to prepare and be ready for the storm that is coming and a new way of living. Ecclesiastic 4:9 says, two are better than one.. and how good and pleasant to see brethren dwell together. This is where we see unity and oneness causing us to work together as we prepare and ready ourselves for a new way of living in the way we incorporate our gifts, skills, and talent (i.e. growing food possibly through farming, cooking, canning to the way that we live possibly compound housing structures. There’s safety in numbers and that in the multitude of counselors they is safety. This causes us to value whose within community and the body of Christ in the diversity of our gifts, skills, and talent as we occupy until he comes.

Even if it was small. Especially if it was small. Because the kingdom of God moves through small things all the time and we just don't always stop long enough to notice.

Prayer for Rachel Jackson
Ms Rachel a neighbor in the community is scheduled to go into surgery tomorrow 9/14/26 @ 11:30am she has a plate that is closing in her spinal cord - that needs adjusting so that she not become paralyzed. Would you please keep her in prayer and her recovery time.
