@Melanie Johnson 😂 I totally get you! Mushrooms definitely have that… “grown from dead stuff” vibe that makes them weirdly fascinating but also kinda gross if you think about it too much. And celery… yep, watery string city 🥲. I have to admit, though, I’ll eat them if they’re in a dish too no point making a fuss, but I’ll never go out of my way to cook them myself 😅
