OK Y’all have probably heard this before, and I’ve heard versions of it, but never it framed this way specifically. I was changing out of some jeans that were small. And I was not being very nice to myself and I said. “I’m too fat for these jeans.” but I’ve been working on trying to be nice so to myself. So Ive been yelling at myself when I say something mean to myself. (Yes, I’m a crazy person that has arguments with themself. That’s besides the point.) I said “You’re not too fat for your jeans. They’re just too small for you.” Idk it was a 🤯 moment for me.

I don't carry a purse but in my car the weirdest thing ... a magnolia flower petal with pollen LOL it smelled so good i figured it was a natural air freshener!
