@Lidia Axe invited me to join her for a free welcome call. So pleased I went. Lidia laid out her entire strategy in the 30-Day Hackathon. AND gave me STELLAR advice on how to fix what I'm going to call "the front door" to my community. She pointed out that phrases like "share your magic" might make sense to me, but to her, it's like I'm speaking another language. I learned that my About Section needs to have a clear WHO - the one thing I was doing right. ✅ AND a clear Point A to Point B. And the vehicle I use to get them there. So, I've made the changes - the pictures below show the before and after. WHO? Here's what I've recently realized - each of us has access to thousands of people, through our NETWORK. YOUR NETWORK = YOUR NET WORTH We are not going to talk about building your network today. But we will use what you already have! In Lesson 15 we are going to ask our network to connect us to RELEVANT people. It's my favorite lesson and my favorite traffic source for the first 100... A challenge is something you “try.” A hackathon? That’s different. A hackathon is where people get together for a short, intense period of time and build something real. It’s collaborative. It’s focused. It’s fun. It’s slightly uncomfortable. And it’s about cracking the code. I cracked mine. I just got my first 100 members in my main community 🏆 You are welcome to join when you're ready! Now it's time for you to crack yours. The goal is simple: - 100 members in your community. - Momentum. Proof. Execution. - And yes - a $100 prize. But here’s the real prize: You stop being someone who dreams and become someone who builds. STEP 1. Your Commitment ----> Write It Down Now: “In the next 30 days, I will launch and grow my Skool community to 100 members.” Put it somewhere visible. If you’re brave, post it publicly on whatever platform you’re active on. LinkedIn. Instagram. Facebook. X. Doesn’t matter. Public commitment creates extra pressure. STEP 2. Make a public stake (it's optional, but it does work on some people like magic) Come up with a punishment if you don't do the work, and don't reach your goal in the next 30 days. Here is the idea: Remember, if you hit 100 members in 30 days, I'll send you $100. So, would not it be fair if don’t (because you did not put in enough work), you send me $100. Fair. Clean. Simple. Or choose your own fun public “penalty” — something visible, something playful. No shame. Just skin in the game. STEP 3. Turn your new member into an active participant (aka raving fan) in your community. - Attention spans are short - There is an overwhelming amount of information / competing priorities - When we don't pay, we don't pay attention Now, the good thing is that "pay" can be not only with money, but with action/effort.
