So, this weekend I was active with 2 setups, and both setups taught me something. 1. Create a timeline for each area that needs to be completed before the event starts. 2. Ensure you have enough staff for breakdown and recheck rental time to ensure you are out at the time stated in the contract. 3. Make sure pain pills and water are near, especially when heavy lifting is needed. 4. Last but not least, try to keep calm, no matter how bad the situation may seem. Trust the Vision!!!
