You are only one conscious breath away from calming your inner chaos!! The body can't heal anything when it is in a stress response! So rate your current state out of 10, 0 being calm as a cucumber 🥒 and 10 feeling like a volcano is about to erupt 🌋 Then, I invite you to take one deep, sloooooow breath in now.... Then make your exhale slower than your inhale.... How did that feel? Not sure,,? Try it again 2 or 3 more times. Notice any difference? Drop a ✋ if you noticed a drop in the score out of 10.
