Brian, I also took your course years ago, is there a way you can look this info up and get us up to level 2+? I would like to review some of your new input into the cleaning business going forward in 2025.

I am located in Irvine Ca, my company is called Shine Time Cleaning Services. I currently limit my business to standard cleaning services. I found deep cleaning seems to have a higher cost some can't afford. I currently have one dependable employee so along with her and myself we do 3 and higher houses, I do the 1 and 2 bedrooms myself. I am anxious to get some time-saving ideas that clean the homes faster but still get all the customers' requests handled. My major area is soap scum shower doors (the ones where people haven't cleaned them for years?) I currently use Bar Keepers Friend powder, RMR extreme soap scum remover, and a buffer for those jobs, but some scum remains Any good suggestions?

Samantha: The Zep Grout cleaner does work, it is now a regular cleaning product for soap scum in bathrooms. Thank you

Not sure what to do with this customer
Anyone else have clients who are always tough to deal with? I’ve got one who’s always nitpicking, and now they’re saying I missed a spot and hinting at leaving a bad review. I know I did a good job, but I’m not sure how to handle this without making it worse. How do you deal with people like this?

I have had a customer like that, so what I do is go through the home with her after I cleaned and ask her if they have any problems that you could take care of right away. This has always worked for me.

I have been in business for 3 years, currently have 1 employee and myself. I would like to find time-saving ideas to make the job easier and faster.
