Not sure what to do with this customer
Anyone else have clients who are always tough to deal with?
I’ve got one who’s always nitpicking, and now they’re saying I missed a spot and hinting at leaving a bad review. I know I did a good job, but I’m not sure how to handle this without making it worse. How do you deal with people like this?
