When is it too soon to pack away the BIG girl clothes?
All my life I have preferred baggy clothes even when I was “skinny”. Now I'm 2 sizes down in jeans and my shirts are starting to look like dresses. I have always had 2 or three clothes sizes when bouncing around on the scale. Donate or storage bag? I'd love to hear any thoughts or suggestions. Can anyone relate?

I have no advice, but congrats on the downsizing!
NSW (Non Scale Wins)
Someone did a post a while back with wins without the scale and I loved reading the comments so I thought I'd throw up another one to see how everyone is doing. My recent non scale win is I had to get an adjuster for my rings to make them tighter (I don't want to get them resized yet) I'm excited to get my bloodwork back at the end of the week to see what has improved there. What are some of your recent non scale wins?

I had 2 people ask me recently if I lost weight. I’m new to GLP, and have only lost about 6 lbs, but I think my body is changing and someone noticed. 🙌🏻
💛 THANK YOU! 💛
Today is the very last day of August—and the final day of our challenge. You all completely blew me away! I want to take you behind the curtain for a minute… My #1 goal this month wasn’t simply to increase participation & give away free refrigerators—it was to create a true community. A place where people come because they want to learn, share recipes, talk honestly about their challenges and feel safe asking questions—not because they have to endure reading another boring post. 😂 We started August with: ➡️ 32 members at Level 2 ➡️ No one above Level 2 ➡️ Very little interaction I created the FULL RECIPE COLLECTION in the Classroom as the Level 3 reward because I honestly thought reaching Level 3 would be a stretch. BOY, WAS I WRONG! We now have: 🎉 More than 105 members at Level 2 or higher. 🎉 25 members at Level 3 🎉 9 members at Level 4 🎉 10 members at Level 5 I wasn’t prepared for so many of you to go beyond Level 3—there isn’t even anything new to unlock at Levels 4 and 5 yet in the Classroom! You did that completely on your own. ------------------------------------------------------------- I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible people who joined this group and helped set its tone. I couldn’t be happier to lock arms with all of you as we ride the wave of this crazy peptide journey together. THANK YOU! 💛 -------------------------------------------------------------- Now I need your input and collaboration! Instead of me deciding what you should unlock at each level, I want YOU to tell me! Level 3 already unlocks the FULL RECIPE COLLECTION in the Classroom. Here are a few ideas I have for the higher levels: 1️⃣ Why You Turn to Food—and What to Do About It A 30 min video training and workbook explaining how your nervous system influences your desire to turn to food—and why it isn’t because you’re weak or lack willpower. Your nervous system is simply trying to keep you safe.
💛 THANK YOU! 💛

1 & 2 would be my picks.
📣 I’D LOVE YOUR HONEST OPINION!
🔴 UPDATE: Thank you ALL for your honest, helpful feedback. I read all your messages, DM's and texts to me. I have chosen to keep this group FREE!! I may need to re-evaluate in 6 months or so, but for now - we're keeping it the same! -------------------------------------------- I’m considering making an important change to our GLP-1 LAB community, and because this is your community too, I want to hear what you think before making any decisions. Right now, our Skool group is completely free. I’m considering changing it to $5 per month for NEW members only. BEFORE ANYONE PANICS - PLEASE READ THIS PART! 😂 ⬇️ Everyone who is already inside the group will remain completely FREE! (You are grandfathered in.) You will never pay the $5 monthly fee as long as you remain a member of the group. If you leave and decide to rejoin later, the new monthly fee would apply. Why am I considering this? - A small membership fee may help keep spammers and people with the wrong intentions out of our community. (I am dealing with this DAILY!!!) - It may bring in people who genuinely want to learn, participate and be part of what we’re building. - It would allow us to use Skool’s affiliate program. You could invite others to join and potentially earn a percentage of their monthly membership—up to 40%. For example, if you shared the group with someone who joined through your personal referral link, you could continue earning a percentage of their monthly payment while they remain a paying member. Invite 20 people and you'd earn $40 monthly. (FYI - The system does not let you go back & start getting paid from people you already referred. I asked. Plus, those you referred would need to start paying $5 to get paid. So....win/win all the way around. Your current friends are here FREE. Your new friends you'd get paid on.) This could give our members a way to earn a little extra money simply by sharing a community they already enjoy and believe in! I haven’t made a final decision yet. I’m genuinely interested in hearing your thoughts—including any questions or concerns you may have.

I’m like others, I wouldn’t have joined if there was a monthly fee. Everything is a subscription these days. I hate it. But I’ve learned so much from this group, and I would hate for others to not be able to do it because of the cost.
Reta dosing…
Those of you here using Reta: I’m curious. What dose did you start at? Have you increased your dose? If you did, why and what did you increase it to? I know everyone is different but I’d love to know and hear how it’s gone for you as I recently switched to Reta. I was at 3.5/weekly of Tirzepatide so I went straight across to 3.5/weekly of Reta.

I started at .5 and have slowly increased to 1.5. I’m considering splitting my dose into 2 injections because I tend to lose at the beginning of the week and gain at the end of the week. I’ve only been doing this for 6 weeks, and it took my body about a month to figure out what was going on. I’m only trying to lose about 1-1.5lb a week.
