Such a good reminder 👏 Focusing only on restriction usually backfires, but adding nourishing foods first makes healthy choices feel so much more sustainable. I’ve noticed when meals are actually balanced and satisfying, the random snacking naturally goes down. I’ve been focusing on adding more baked sweet potatoes, more cold-pressed olive oil, and getting in more protein in the morning — and it’s made such a difference in energy, cravings, and staying full longer throughout the day. Love this perspective 💛
