Tomorrow full moon in (leo) in runic astrology it's in the rune of Thurisaz the rune of defensive intelligence a rune of boundaries but intelligent boundaries. Don't use defence boundaries for a old wound,to react to a new situation. Don't react from a old place of hurt clear the dead wood, a rose or thorn bush needs to be pruned for beautiful lush green growth. Fresh green thorns are still thorns but they are more gentle than old dry one's. Check your boundaries are they protecting you or keeping you prisoner. The Psychic Centering meditation was wild. In our live call where I first did it, I felt this rush inward, like falling into a deep pile of blankets that absorbed me. In the meditation here, perceiving my body from the psychic center was so different than when I normally perceive my body with my mind. It was immediate, immanent; the psychic center being amidst the body instead of a feeling of separation from it. I also had thought before that the third eye was in the forehead. When centering in the middle of my head, I sense the pituitary gland sitting there like a regal bean connected to everything. 🥰
