Psychic Centering Perspective Shift
The Psychic Centering meditation was wild. In our live call where I first did it, I felt this rush inward, like falling into a deep pile of blankets that absorbed me. In the meditation here, perceiving my body from the psychic center was so different than when I normally perceive my body with my mind. It was immediate, immanent; the psychic center being amidst the body instead of a feeling of separation from it. I also had thought before that the third eye was in the forehead. When centering in the middle of my head, I sense the pituitary gland sitting there like a regal bean connected to everything. 🥰
