Because we still do payroll internally, year-end taxes. After the holidays, I always dread January. Brighter times are ahead with our new ERP system and tax help, that will lift that load off my shoudlers and make January more enjoyable.

All sounds good. I'm one of few that run 2 departments and get pulled more and more away from HR. We are getting a new ERP system at the beginning of the year that is going to be more HR user friendly My hope is it allows more employee interaction. I've been told it does.
