Terms: Agreed to get immediate admin rights + endorsement to the group and introduction to the moderators. In return: I help monetize the group and the previous "owner" gets 50% of all income until he has been paid 4k EUR, after which, I become the sole admin of the group. In addition to that, he can keep accepting (or going after) sponsorship deals for the group and will continue to get 50% of the revenue generated through those. Offered him the same deal 3 months ago. He said no. He wanted cash upfront and had another buyer who was willing to offer it. Reached out to him yesterday. Asked him if he had sold the group by now.
