3 Ways to Get an Agent to Actually Call You Back
Agents are April's number one source of deals, hands down. But when you're just starting out, you call one, leave a voicemail, and hear... nothing. And it's easy to assume they're not interested. Usually that's not it. You just sounded like everybody else who calls them. Here's how April gets agents to actually call back: Lead with what you do, not what you want. "I buy houses in your area and I close fast" lands a lot better than "do you have any deals?" One sounds like a real buyer. The other sounds like a tire kicker. Give them your buy box in one breath. If an agent can picture exactly what you buy, they can match you to a deal on the spot. If they can't, you're forgettable. Give them a reason to remember you. One clear sentence they can repeat to a seller, like "I know a cash buyer who closes in 14 days and takes it as-is, so you don't have to fix a thing." That's the whole game April teaches: be a magnet for leads so agents bring the deals to you, instead of chasing them. This stuff really clicks when April walks it live. If you couldn't make yesterday's call, no worries, but you'll want to catch the next one. She goes live every Wednesday at 3:30pm EST.

@Allison Wells I recently joined this community, and this really caught my attention. I’ve learned that it’s important to look beyond how attractive a property appears and pay attention to the numbers, cash flow, expenses, location, and potential risks. Asking the right questions early can help prevent costly mistakes later. There’s always something new to learn in real estate.

@Julie Giancola Really valuable advice. I recently joined, and I’m looking forward to learning more from everyone here.
Who is from Canada?
I'm in the West side and pretty well connected in BC and Alberta, any members from the east?

@Molly Mor l'm doing great what about you
Good Morning, Folks!
This is just a friendly reminder that the fear of being wrong will stop you from being right. Don’t let people from ‘real life’ stop you from building your dream life. Used to tell myself this often when I started My first YouTube Channel.❤️

@Nova Brain What's one lesson from your business journey that completely changed the way you approach opportunities or relationships?
STOP SCROLLING FOR 30 SECONDS. THIS QUESTION COULD CHANGE HOW YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR FUTURE.
What would happen if your only source of income disappeared tomorrow? Would your bills still be paid? Would your family still feel secure? Would your dreams stay alive, or be put on hold? The truth is, many people have been taught to depend on a single paycheck or one business. While there's nothing wrong with starting with one income stream, depending on only one can leave you vulnerable when unexpected challenges arise. The world has changed. Today's economy rewards people who are willing to learn, adapt, and create multiple opportunities. Building additional income streams isn't about chasing money—it's about creating stability, freedom, and options for yourself and the people you love. When one business experiences a slowdown, another can keep moving forward. When one opportunity becomes uncertain, another can provide support. That's how resilience is built. Whether you're a student, a working professional, a business owner, or an entrepreneur, the question isn't whether you should grow—it's whether you're preparing yourself for tomorrow. Here are some questions worth asking yourself: 1. If my primary income stopped today, how long could I maintain my current lifestyle? 2. Am I building income or simply earning it? 3. What skills am I developing that can create future opportunities? 4. Am I investing in my personal growth as much as I invest in paying my bills? 5. What business opportunity have I overlooked because I was too comfortable? 6. If I had to start over today, what would I do differently? 7. What legacy am I creating for my family? 8. Am I teaching my children or younger generation how to build wealth? 9. Do I own assets that generate income while I sleep? 10. Am I surrounding myself with people who challenge me to grow? 11. What problem can I solve that people would gladly pay for? 12. How often do I invest in learning new business ideas? 13. Am I waiting for opportunities or creating them? 14. What is my financial plan for the next five years? 15. If I lost my job today, what would become my next source of income?
