@Tysean Ford I have a training program. Let me know if you're interested and still looking! The videos are great. My cleaners do have experience, but I make sure they all clean the same way/ same methods so we have a better service offering and predictable outcome

How are you all verifying that your contractors maintain their own insurance?

We use thimble compliance manager. It's free and we can add their insurances in the platform and then it sends notices when someone insurance laps or is about to expire.

For me, I started clustering appointments by zone and building mini-routes (Buckhead Mondays, Midtown Tuesdays, etc.), and everything shifted. My cleaners are happier, more consistent, and less stressed out from zigzagging across the city. And clients are not canceling/ skipping appointments as often since they know we're only in their area 2-3x per week. Game changer!
Seeking Advice: Customer-Cleaner Communication Systems
Hi everyone, I'm looking for recommendations on systems to manage communications between cleaners and customers, as well as job assignment solutions. My current challenges: - I'm personally coordinating all communications between cleaners and customers - This includes confirming arrivals, helping locate properties, and facilitating entry (especially for apartment complexes) - I'm notifying customers when cleaners arrive and when they're almost finished so customers can return home - Managing both sides is becoming very time-consuming - Ideally, I'd like a solution that doesn't require sharing customers' personal phone numbers with cleaners Additionally, I'm curious: - What systems are you using to assign jobs to cleaners? - How do you allow cleaners to input and update their availability? - What's your process in getting cleaners to mark themselves as unavailable for certain time slots? What platforms have worked well for your business to handle these communication and scheduling needs while maintaining customer privacy? Thanks for your insights!

Hey guys -- so I have tried everything Slack, WhatApp, FB groups and we've even built out a GHL community for our team. However, we've been using connecteam and it is AMAZING. It's free for small business and I can honestly say we'd use it even if we had to pay.
