Cutting tips?
Guys i have bunch of fat and i wanna to lose it and i have no experience on cutting so pls who had a cut pls tell me how to do it.

@Pau Sorribas i feel abit in shoulder but I feel more in my biceps and bicep tendon,is there alternative good exercise for dembbell Maltese press?

@Atul V.k for hand stand do it everdy day once or twice and in front lever I prefer to get your half bodyweight weighted pullup for 5reps and after this train front lever

Hey guys, got a question on how to avoid falling ower and how to strenghten grip strenght from one of the members @Laith Addas .
