i cannot tell you how much i have laughed today! i have belly laughed so hard that it hurt and had me stopping breathing a few times, which then turned into wheezing-laughing, which then turned into loud snort laughter, accompanied by the crying laughter and it has honestly worn me out! i absolutely LOVED it! to think i was in some dark deep, anxious and depressy pits all of a few months ago, to now feeling overwhelming moments of pure joy and happiness, something which i did NOT have hope of ever experiencing again, truly is beyond my wildest dreams! 🤯 it was only yesterday that my "labels" resurfaced after 4wks of being vacant, and they knocked me for six, thinking i'd spend the day in bed and hate myself and hate life once again! BUT i got out in nature and flipped the bad day on its head and ended it on a good note! i woke up this morning a completely different Steff compared to yesterday and it's been laughter NON STOP! 😂 😂 finding your vibe is everything! 🤣 energy doesn't lie! 🤪 community is everything! 😂 laughter really is life's antidote! so, download the video attached and have a few seconds of fun! you'll thank me for it 😉 laughing is infectious, it's contagious!
