Challenge 4: Noticing “enough”
Think of the word enough. Say it in your mind or out-loud. Notice where the word “enough” lives in your body. Does it feel tight, heavy, distant? Or calm and open? From that awareness, write a definition of “enough” that creates space to breathe, rest, and belong. Name one practice that supports this truth in your daily life. If you don’t have one, write one that will. For example: I don’t have a steady practice yet, but I am choosing one now. Each night, I will name three moments from the day that reminded me I am supported, even in small ways. This will help train my mind to notice care where it already exists. Or A practice that supports this truth for me is pausing to drink a full glass of water as soon as I wake up. It is a simple act of care that tells my body and mind, you matter enough to be nourished first. That reminder shapes the tone of everything that follows.
