What do you all think our first fun weekly challenge should focus on? The weekly challenges (might not be EVERY week) are a fun way to get the community engaged in healthy goals. So tough to choose between all 3 of them, it's like 1a, 1b, & 1c for me. But right now mindfulness is huge for me because it also encompasses nutrition and eating with intentions!

Hi everyone, I’m Kyle. I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and wellness professional, and I also work as a private chef, so cooking and nutrition are a big part of my life. I love being outdoors—hiking, exploring, and I recently took up shooting a bow, which has been a fun new challenge. I have a 3.5-year-old son who keeps me busy and constantly reminds me to slow down and enjoy the little things. I’m passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with food, wellness routines, and mindset, and I’m really looking forward to connecting with all of you, learning from your experiences, and sharing a little of mine as well
