Anyone had success with selling this as a feature yet? Going to set this up for myself next week & would love any insight or feedback Have you done this yet @Russ Ward ?

Do use AI voice calling do we need to be A2P approved w Twilio or will the HighLevel LC phone system work? I have been working on other projects so been MIA recently but looking to get back into it since I have someone interested in AI voice calling/live transfer option

I want my bot to follow up with someone if they don't provide info or just don't reply at all after a short time Example, they answer the three qualifying questions but then don't reply back to confirm a time. Any way to add in a nudge as an additional message to schedule? Also, how do I get it so the AI bot doesn't ask for name email & phone number if one or some of those are already there with the lead. Example, the message in via Facebook Messenger & their name is alredy there. Now we only need email & phone number
