This is my biggest issue. Multiple real estate groups over the years and not the right partners or team to make it happen TOGETHER!

I’m running numbers on a 185 unit complex and it has an assumable loan of 6,686,000 at purchase back in 2021 with an estimated principle remaining at sale 6,505,742. If my calculations are correct I’m coming up with an offer around 8,300,000. Can you guys help? Comment below and I’ll send you the link.
