Release stress fast - shoulders and hip release
SWINGER — RELEASE STRESS FAST A powerful Fascial Maneuver to open the shoulders, hips, and spine while unloading deep tension from the nervous system. HOW TO DO IT Drop into a soft squat. Let the hands hang near the knees. Place one hand on the shoulder. With the other hand, grab the elbow and gently pull the skin downward to create tension through the shoulder line. Keep the belly button gently in and up. Allow the body to rotate in the opposite direction of the pull. Find the natural tension line. Breathe slow and deep for 6 breaths. Soften. Let go. Repeat on the other side. I used to think nothing could match the power of Breathwork. Then my first Fascial Maneuver session happened. That night, I felt 10+ years of stored trauma leave my body. Honestly — it was one of the most powerful experiences of my life. (Yes, I even wrote about it in my book Pure Breathwork — available on Amazon… shameless plug 😄) What I realised was this: Most of the “weight” we carry in the body isn’t physical.
