The thing that quietly drained me the most in 2025 was not saying no enough.

A behavior that I have strengthened in 2025 is speaking up more. I used to refer to myself as a ‘silent leader’, relying more on my actions. But I’ve realized that speaking up when needed is necessary and has simultaneously strengthened my communication skills. A behavior that has slipped in 2025 is my promptness. I’ve been relying on my ability to work under pressure, but I know that being prompt and on my goals earlier will produce better results than procrastinating.
