Tools to get your AI Journey statrted!
Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I wanted to quickly share the best tools that have been used for automating workflows and boosting project management efficiency: - Make.com โ€“ Build powerful automations between apps with no coding needed. Seriously, one of the easiest and most flexible platforms out there. - ๐Ÿ‘‰ Try Make.com here (Highly recommend โ€” this is the tool I use and love.) Other Tools Worth Checking Out: - ChatGPT โ€“ Use AI to brainstorm ideas, automate writing, and assist with research. - Gemini (Google) โ€“ Another powerful AI model for content creation, research, and summarising tasks. - ClickUp โ€“ Great project management tool with built-in automation features. - Zapier โ€“ Connect apps and automate simple workflows if you want another automation option. If you're serious about saving time and scaling your processes, Make.com is worth trying. Let me know if you want help setting up your first workflow โ€” happy to share tips!

Why We Donโ€™t Need Appointment Setters.
A lot of people still think you need appointment setters to grow your agency or close more deals. I used to think that tooโ€ฆ until I switched fully to automated systemsโ€”and my productivity shot up by 75%. Instead of hiring people to send DMs or book calls, I set up automations with Make.com + Calendly + a voice AI (Synthflow). New leads come in through a form or ad โ†’ theyโ€™re qualified instantly โ†’ then they either get routed to a voice assistant or get a personalized message with a calendar link. No delays. No human bottlenecks. I wake up to 3โ€“5 qualified calls on the calendar without touching a thing. Follow-ups? Handled with smart workflows. Missed calls? Automated text replies. No-shows? Trigger an email + SMS reminder sequence. Appointment setters are great, but they donโ€™t scale like systems. They get sick. They forget to follow up. They cost $$$. Meanwhile, automation runs 24/7 and gets sharper every week as I tweak the workflows. If youโ€™re still manually chasing leads or paying someone else to do it, youโ€™re leaving time (and money) on the table. Build the system once, and let it work for you. I am just stating my opinion and personal experience.

HOW I MAKE HIRING EASIER
Hi everyoneโ€”I previously shared my automated hiring system, but Iโ€™ve refined it to make it even more efficient! Iโ€™ve noticed a lot of people here are looking to hire, so hereโ€™s my updated system that saves me tons of time, all for less than $10/month: 1. Use Typeform as the trigger. 2. Integrate Typeform with ClickUp. 3. Set up a ClickUp pipeline. Let me know if anything is unclear. Hope this helps! ๐Ÿ™
