Why We Don’t Need Appointment Setters.
A lot of people still think you need appointment setters to grow your agency or close more deals. I used to think that too… until I switched fully to automated systems—and my productivity shot up by 75%.
Instead of hiring people to send DMs or book calls, I set up automations with Make.com + Calendly + a voice AI (Synthflow). New leads come in through a form or ad → they’re qualified instantly → then they either get routed to a voice assistant or get a personalized message with a calendar link.
No delays. No human bottlenecks. I wake up to 3–5 qualified calls on the calendar without touching a thing.
Follow-ups? Handled with smart workflows. Missed calls? Automated text replies. No-shows? Trigger an email + SMS reminder sequence.
Appointment setters are great, but they don’t scale like systems. They get sick. They forget to follow up. They cost $$$. Meanwhile, automation runs 24/7 and gets sharper every week as I tweak the workflows.
If you’re still manually chasing leads or paying someone else to do it, you’re leaving time (and money) on the table. Build the system once, and let it work for you.
I am just stating my opinion and personal experience.
