🧠 Coaches, Creators, Founders — Who’s Watching Your Community When You’re Not?
Hey everyone! Grateful to be part of Ai Automation Society community. I’ve been quietly observing and I wanted to share something I’ve noticed across many fast growing community/groups especially those led by amazing people like coaches, course creators, and service providers: As your community grows, so does the noise. Spam shows up. People start self-promoting. Scammers slip in. Genuine questions go unanswered. Your DMs fill up. And suddenly... the space you built to support others becomes a full-time job to manage. I recently worked with the founder of a large Ai Automation A-Z Skool community (100k+ members) facing these same challenges. They were doing everything right: amazing content, valuable trainings, solid mission. But the group was starting to feel chaotic and members were losing trust. What helped? Clear community systems. Active moderation. Human connection. Consistent support in the comments and DMs. It wasn’t just about removing the noise it was about amplifying the real conversations that matter. Whether you're running a community/group of 50 or 5,000 community health matters. And sometimes, the biggest business unlock is simply having someone there to help protect the space you've worked so hard to build. Just thought this reminder might resonate with someone here today. Let’s keep building real, calm, and intentional spaces.
