KRU TRANSPORT
Hi my name is Jason I have recently formed my LLC and am currently driving HOTSHOT. I like the idea of building generational wealth. My goal is to someday have a full service trucking company. I live in Mid-Missouri and like to deliver loads in Missouri and all the the states that border it. I currently haul loads with a 20 foot trailer that has a 9000lb. weight capacity. I am going to learn dispatching so I can dispatch myself and drivers that I hire in the future.

Just signed on a driver yesterday! OMG it feels like this business is growing at the speed of light. Now I need to get another driver to pay for the first one. All of the payroll, load boards, and Insurance requirements have eaten up any profit from this first one. LOL
Rise and Grind
I was just commenting on one of the good brothers posts and it got me to thinking. I know we do use to texting/emailing I want us all to focus in on calling make the experience more meaningful, allow them to feel your passion , allow them to feel that energy. The good brother made a good point make those phone calls.

It's important for me to develop a relationship with my dispatcher(s) so they will have an understanding of the type of loads I want. That way they are not constantly texting me while I am driving. I want me dispatcher(s) to pre-qualify my loads for me. My dispatcher(s) should only need to get a final approval from me; maybe even accept the rate-con on my behalf.

I recently moved a car 5 miles on my 20' flatbed for $80. I was not required to be there at a specific time, nor deliver it strait through, although I did.

👋 Hi, I’m Sunny !
Hi my name is Sunny. I live in Georgia and I plan on making $6k per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  to get more and more knowledge about trucking and learning ins and outs. 2. getting a friend circle around the same thing that you are going through, learning and building is pretty cool. 3. environment where i have experienced people to get help from and newbies to whom i can share knowledge with. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  i love walking on unknown streets, where i have never been before and making new friends. 2.  i like sports for example tennis, football and go kart racing and horse riding too. 3.  i also like playing around big and powerful machines. and most importantly thank you so much brother @Gurpreet Gill you are sharing so so much knowledge on this community and on youtube as well, i have learned allot from you. you are doing an incredible job by adding values to tons of lives, i would look forward to learn more from you and love to know you more as a person, thankyou

@Sunny Sandhu Hi Sunny, great name! Georgia is a good state to be a dispatcher in (I think) East coast! most of the dispatchers I work with right now start too late in the the day.

I got my MC# about 4months ago. been driving pretty consistently but I can sure see that we are in a trucking recession. so far I have been getting about 50% of my own loads and 50% through a dispatcher. I want to learn dispatching so I can someday have a full service company.
Hey there
Hi my name is Nikita. I live in Florida and I plan on making $10,000 per month dispatching trucks. My partner is a driver and we are working together to start a dispatch and trucking business. Super eager to be apart of the community and to learn more about dispatching. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  Learn the ins & outs of dispatching 2.  Gain dispatching knowledge to start my own dispatching business 3. To learn and network with others in the dispatching community For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  I love to be creative ( DIYS & art mostly ) 2. I enjoy spending time with family 3. I enjoy connecting with nature. Going to a nature park to ground and be near water.
