New here! First post.
Hey guys Dino here! Definitely excited to be here! I started my journey 3 months ago at the end of March. Crazy to think it's been 3 months already but man can I see and feel the difference in myself! I've lost 48 IBS so far and I just hit my first goal of getting back into the 200's for my weight! I am A truck driver so I'm on the road most of the day! I also had some health problems last year that made me be out of work for 6-7 months that also helped in me gaining a lot of weight! I am so stoked to be getting back how I used to be with the help of the trizepatide. The motivation and the want is definitely at an all time high right now. I know if I can do this with a very hectic schedule so can many others that want to get into it! It's definitely worth your time and energy! Stay blessed out there everyone. Thank you!

Dino! So happy for you! It sure feels good to get our confidence back and our motivation! Love ya! 🫶🏼
Hi everyone!
I have always struggled with my weight my whole life. I worked out, but still couldn't get where I wanted to be. When I reached my early 40's and I realized my body was changing emotionally and physically adding the hormonal/aging on top of that. At the age of 44 enough was enough. After doing lots of research and talking to professionals, I'm so glad that I have started this journey. Physically and mentally I feel like I hit the jackpot! Starting weight on December 2nd was 217 pounds, today May 22nd I am at 149 pounds. I haven't been this size and feeling this amazing since High School! I am forever grateful for the future of this journey!

Let’s Help Each Other
If you’ve lost 50 pounds or more during your weight loss journey, drop one piece of advice for someone who’s just starting out. Not cliché motivation. Not “just believe in yourself.” Give the kind of advice that actually helped you when things got hard — real habits, hard truths, mindset shifts, mistakes to avoid, routines that worked, or anything that made a genuine difference.
