Hey guys Dino here! Definitely excited to be here! I started my journey 3 months ago at the end of March. Crazy to think it's been 3 months already but man can I see and feel the difference in myself! I've lost 48 IBS so far and I just hit my first goal of getting back into the 200's for my weight! I am A truck driver so I'm on the road most of the day! I also had some health problems last year that made me be out of work for 6-7 months that also helped in me gaining a lot of weight!
