Spring break in MX
Inspired by Doms planned travel… we booked a vacation to the Riviera Maya. Adventures to be had!! Zip lining, caving, ATV, rafting, waterslides, swimming in cenotes, cliff jumping, snorkeling… etc Relaxing planned at all-inclusive resort (never done this before) with a garden swim up room 🥹 This trip is perfect motivation for weight goal and feeling fit for our vacation 😬

Love all of these!! I take one day out of the week and meal prep breakfast and lunches. It’s not a huge time commitment, maybe an hour or 2 out of my day. I also plug my workouts in my calendar for the week. It helps so much!
Insane week! - sorry for ghosting!
Or should I say weeks!! The past 2 weeks have been crazy stressful at work. My “escape” has been my gym sessions. Been listening to metal Disney songs lol. I’ve managed to stay focused and on track with food and macros. I used today to prep for next week since I’m working up until Xmas eve. I’m doing 5 lower calories days and 2 higher calorie days. In those 2 higher calorie days, I’m not tracking all the macros just making sure to hit my protein goal. I cannot believe I am down 15 pounds!! Hard work and consistency has paid off. Progress over perfection. We got this y’all!! 💪🏼

Beef Jerky!
Instead of going out for breakfast and having a 700 cal meal, I just had some beef jerky instead. I keep a bag in my work backpack at all times just in case I can’t wait until lunch. It keeps me from eating out, it tastes good (especially the teriyaki flavor) and the protein is higher than a protein bar. Great alternative to most snacks.
