I’ll be honest, after going through the second module I’m genuinely impressed! I wasn’t expecting it to be this rich! This seems to be a very well thought out and organized program! I’m starting to see its potential and the ways I can grow. Very cool!!!😎

I take responsibility for everything in my life. I also wanted to share part of my process, I do part of my tracking by making sure that I'm balancing my life in multiple areas, with some color coding. I did blur out things for my own privacy. I did make this particular Calendar Book myself but it is based off of a calendar / acceptance and commitment Therapy book made by a very kind occupational therapist that I met a few months ago. I just made a few modifications and print out for myself, for a little bit more of what works for me but based on the same principles. I will be writing that down every day! And thank you in advance for all the support!

Now I have gone through the Transformational Coaching Tools. And I am overwhelmed by so much knowledge, tools and insight im getting. I'm on the moon...🤩❤️ Happy Sunday 🙏
